I'm sure you have all heard by now that I was arrested Sunday, May 6, 2007 on a charge of harassing communications. While court documents are still not available to us at the time of this posting (May 21, 2007), I can say that I am innocent of any wrong doing. I look forward to finally obtaining these court records to see exactly what it is that I am supposed to have done and to be vindicated.

It seems clear to me that there are many agendas at work here -- some of which may not hold Eagle's well being as most important.

I want to thank all of you that have supported Eagle. You responded by the thousands and made it clear that the American public (as well as many from other countries) will stand up and speak for innocent animals when the legal system which is charged with their protection fails to do so. You set a standard that may eventually get it through to the to the judges and lawmakers that animals are living feeling beings who deserve more than to just be property to do with as one pleases.

I will keep you advised of any developments.
