TEARS was called to rescue this dog who someone found walking down the road. This baby probably never saw a grooming parlor and had HUGE amounts of matted hair.

At first we thought his collar was imbedded into his neck, but it was actually matted and twisted in all the hair. His penis was also twisted into matts of hair causing him to urinate on himself. His claws were so long that they were wrapping twice and growing into the pad of his foot. He also had some older wounds on his ear which looked to be dog bites.

The groomer we took him to saved the hair...

Cody looks you in the eyes as if to say "I don’t belong here. Please take me home." He is intimidated by the other dogs. He is surely a person's dog, not a dog's dog. He is REALLY sweet.
