HOPE

An Alabama State Trooper found this puppy in a covered oil drum left to die. She was too weak to stand from starvation and had blood oozing from the cracked skin caused from mange that is so easily treatable.

Hope has now been adopted. Yes, it is the same dog. She is so happy now -- hops everywhere she goes and wags all over.
