Why in GOD’s name could anyone do such a thing to a poor helpless animal?

We see it too many times to count. We rescued 2 dogs this week besides the one below. Watch for the soon to come story of KATY and Maestro.

Neighbors called the police concerning a dog continually screaming and could see it was lying down. Neighbors reported to police that this dog had only been there a few days. No one was at home when we arrived.

The dog was removed from the chain. It was determined she was having seizures- We took her immediately to the animal emergency clinic but we were too late for this one.

She suffers no more at the hands of a human. TEARS will be filing Cruelty charges against the individual who threw this very sick dog out in the cold wet weather, chained it to a fence, provided no shelter, no water or food or what it needed most – a veterinarian and love.
