KATY

When a law enforcement officer arrived at a house to remove the children from the custody of their mother, he saw movement under a pile of sheets in the floor. When the sheets were removed, there was Katy. He could not believe this sight.

He then called TEARS to the scene. Tears left with Katy and the officer left with the children.

Now Katy is being cared for and soon you will see the result that love and care can do for this malnourished, mange covered little dog

Update 2/12/07 - Though you can't see much of Katy's body due to her sweater, she is looking better and better. She still has a long ways to go, but we are very pleased with her progress.
