LACEY

Left chained to an old fence for no one knows how long, starving and rotting with mange, a Bessemer police officer found Lacey and called TEARS to the rescue. Her poor little body was red and inflamed and she was in a lot of pain.

Lacey's hair is now growing back and she is a healthy and sweet little girl, adopted and very, very loved!!
