A good Samaritan called to report this baby. Besides being severely malnourished, he has either been thrown from a moving car and hit face first or he had been hit in the mouth with a object. He has no front teeth, his lips are torn from the bone structure with a gapping hole in the roof of his mouth into sinus cavity. He is probably no more than 5 months old. He is now being loved and cared for until we can find a forever home.
