This did not have to happen. This is the result of not spaying and neutering your pets. This Angel was hit by a car, his back broken and left in pain, dragging himself around until someone called TEARS. If this picture does not move you to spay and neuter your pets.....nothing will. This baby had to be put to death because of uncaring owners did not choose to spay it's mother or neuter his dad. How many more have to die a painful death to make people take responsibility??
