I hereby release TEARS (The Emergency Animal Rescue Service), SuperPetz, PETCO, Alabama Pet Foods, and/or any other corporation/business and all personnel associated from all liability relating to injury and/or other harm. This includes but is not limited to animal bites, scratches, bruises, contusions, slips, falls or any other injury which may occur while volunteering with the TEARS organization.
We further acknowledge that TEARS cannot assume responsibility for my safety if I leave the TEARS designated area at any of our mobile adoptions and/or events.
